Representative Neuman moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSB 83(HSS) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2017-05-16 House Journal Page 1453 The Speaker stated that, without objection, CSSB 83(HSS) would be returned to second reading for all amendments.
